A fantastic little sauce to use in stir-fry or with meat or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp dried onion

  • half a tsp chilli powder

  • 1 heaped tsp ginger paste

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup

  • 1 tsp tomato paste

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) water

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix the dried onion, chilli powder, ginger, rice vinegar, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, water, olive oil and soy sauce.

  • Store in a lidded jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
