Ingredients 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion (or 1 cup frozen), peeled and chopped 1 heaped tsp garlic paste (or 1 clove, crushed) 100 g (1 medium) white potatoes, peeled and chopped750 ml (3 cups) chicken stock, fresh or made with one cube200 g (half a small) savoy cabbage, shredded 4 slices of bacon, cut into strips4 tbsp creme fraiche Directions Heat the oil in a large saucepan and gently fry the onions and garlic for 5 minutes.
