When hot, toss in the onion, peppers and pork strips. Cook for 4-6 minutes, until the pork is cooked through. Remove the pork and veggies from the pan with a slotted spoon. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.Add the noodles to the pan, stir-fry for a minute then put the vegetables and pork back in the pan.
