Ingredients half a tsp walnut oil 1 tbsp cider vinegar salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 1 dessert pear 80 g (2.8oz) herb salad25 g (1oz) gorgonzola10 g (0.4oz) walnut halves Directions Mix the walnut oil, vinegar and a little salt and pepper together to make a dressing.Cut the pear into quarters, remove the cores and cut each quarter into 4 slices.Arrange the herb salad on a serving plate and arrange the pear attractively over it.
