A little bit unusual so you can feel a bit posh!

Ingredients

  • half a tsp walnut oil

  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 dessert pear

  • 80 g (2.8oz) herb salad

  • 25 g (1oz) gorgonzola

  • 10 g (0.4oz) walnut halves

Directions

  • Mix the walnut oil, vinegar and a little salt and pepper together to make a dressing.
  • Cut the pear into quarters, remove the cores and cut each quarter into 4 slices.
  • Arrange the herb salad on a serving plate and arrange the pear attractively over it. Crumble the gorgonzola over the top, followed by the walnuts. Pour over the dressing and eat straight away.
