Ingredients 40 g (1.4oz) porridge oats150 ml (5.3oz) milk (semi-skimmed) (vegan: your favourite plant milk)1 tbsp natural yogurt (vegan: coconut yogurt)10 g (0.4oz) flaked almonds1 tsp honey (vegan: maple syrup) Directions Simply place all your ingredients in a bowl or jar with a screw-top lid.
