Great for taking to work. Really filling.

Ingredients

  • 40 g (1.4oz) porridge oats

  • 150 ml (5.3oz) milk (semi-skimmed) (vegan: your favourite plant milk)

  • 1 tbsp natural yogurt (vegan: coconut yogurt)

  • 10 g (0.4oz) flaked almonds

  • 1 tsp honey (vegan: maple syrup)

Directions

  • Simply place all your ingredients in a bowl or jar with a screw-top lid. If it’s a bowl, stir thoroughly. If it’s a jar, put the lid on and shake vigorously. You can rest the oats for as long or as little as you prefer.
