Ingredients

  • 100 g (3.5oz) natural greek yogurt (vegan: greek-style coconut yoghurt)

  • 1 tsp vanilla paste

  • 1 tsp erythritol, or similar natural sweetener

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) water

  • 30 g (handful) frozen mixed berries, defrosted

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
