Ingredients
1 banana, peeled
15 g (1 tbsp) natural yogurt (vegan: coconut yoghurt)
15 g (1 tbsp) hemp protein
250 ml (1 cup) milk (semi-skimmed) (vegan: your favourite plant milk)
1 shot of coffee, your favourite, about 2 tbsp
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Simply place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
