I love coffee and I love bananas. Ultimate ‘all-in-one’ smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled

  • 15 g (1 tbsp) natural yogurt (vegan: coconut yoghurt)

  • 15 g (1 tbsp) hemp protein

  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk (semi-skimmed) (vegan: your favourite plant milk)

  • 1 shot of coffee, your favourite, about 2 tbsp

  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Simply place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
